1. Refund Guarantee

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee when a refund is requested within 14 days of the initial purchase of a Ctrlwriter subscription.

If the AI writing service is not the right fit for you, contact support within the guarantee period and we will review the request under this Refund Policy.

2. What the Refund Covers

The guarantee applies to eligible subscription payments made for access to AI writing tools, content templates, rewrite features, editing tools, saved drafts, and related account services.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction. We do not issue refunds in cash.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Eligibility

After the 14-day period, subscription charges are generally non-refundable and we do not provide credits or partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. We may review exceptional cases at our discretion.

For subscribers residing in the EU or European Economic Area, applicable consumer protection rights may provide a cancellation or refund right during the 14 days after the subscription begins.

5. Trials and Introductory Offers

If your plan includes a paid trial or introductory offer, the trial length, trial price, renewal price, and billing cycle are shown during checkout. Unless cancelled before renewal, the subscription may continue at the standard plan price shown at purchase.

Trial or introductory charges may be reviewed under the 14-day refund guarantee unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by law.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed without undue delay and, where applicable, within 14 days from the date we confirm the refund. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

No refund processing fee will be charged by us as a result of an approved refund.

7. Cancellation and Access

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges. If a refund is approved, access to paid AI writing features may end when the refund is processed.

Deleting your account, closing the browser, uninstalling an app, or stopping use of the service does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel through the account tools, the cancellation page, or customer support.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests submitted after the 14-day guarantee period, unless an exception is approved or required by law.
• Partial billing periods, unused writing credits, or unused access time.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for fraud, misuse, prohibited content, abuse of the platform, or breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes opened contrary to the cancellation and refund process.

9. Digital Service Notice

Ctrlwriter is a digital service delivered online. No physical product is shipped. By using the paid AI writing tools after purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital functionality begins immediately.

Customer support is available Monday - Friday, 9:00-17:00 (UTC). We aim to respond to support and refund requests within 48 hours on business days.
